tsp smoked paprika

tsp salt

fresh ground pepper

Instructions
0 Melt the butter in a medium-size saucepan over medium-low heat. 1 Add the garlic and cook, stirring for about 30 seconds. Add the flour and whisk until a thick paste forms, about 1 minute. 2 Slowly and gradually add in the milk while continuing to whisk. Keep whisking until the mixture thickens, about 1 minute. 3 Slowly add the beer while whisking then add the mustard, Worcestershire, and seasonings. 4 Add in all of the cheese and mix until it’s completely melted. Remove from heat. 5 Serve warm. The mixture will thicken as it cools but can be reheated on the stove or in the microwave. Enjoy with Homemade Soft Pretzels!View original recipe
