What you need

cup white chocolate chips

cup granulated sugar
tbsp cornstarch

tsp table salt

cup dried cranberries

cup all purpose flour

tsp vanilla extract

cup unsalted butter
tsp baking powder

tsp baking soda

Instructions
0 Preheat oven to 350°F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. 1 In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, cream the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Scrape the bowl well, then add the egg and vanilla with the mixer on low speed. Mix until well combined. 2 Scrape the bowl again and add the flour, cornstarch, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Mix just until the ingredients are combined. Fold in the dried cranberries and white chocolate chips. 3 Portion the dough using a #24 cookie scoop (about 3 Tablespoons). Place the cookies onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them at least 2 inches apart. 4 Bake at 350°F for 9-11 minutes or until golden brown around the edges.
