What you need

whipped cream

lemon curd

milk

vanilla ice cream
Instructions
1. Allow the vanilla ice cream to sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes until slightly soft. 2. For the lemon meringue whipped cream, add the heavy cream and powdered sugar to the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment. Whip until medium peaks, then add the lemon meringue flavor and continue whipping just until stiff peaks form. Add the whipped cream to a piping bag fitted with a large star tip. Set aside. 3. Fill a piping bag with lemon curd. Cut a small hole at the end of the piping bag and add stripes of lemon curd to the inside of a chilled glass. Set aside. 4. In a blender, add the vanilla ice cream, milk, lemon meringue flavor, and a handful of meringue cookies. Blend until smooth. Pour into the prepared glass. 5. Pipe more lemons curd on top and finish your milkshake with a swirl of the lemon meringue whipped cream and extra meringue cookies, if desired. Add a cute straw and enjoy!View original recipe
