What you need

apple, such as Honeycrisp

tbsp orange juice

cup granulated sugar

cup brown sugar

tsp cinnamon

cup flour

tsp salt

tbsp butter
Instructions
0 Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9” x 13” baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. 1 Cranberry Apple Filling: Peel, core, and slice apples into ½” thick slices. Add the apples along with the cranberries to a large mixing bowl, and toss with the orange juice. Add the sugar, brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon and toss together until the fruit is coated. 5 Pour the fruit mixture into the prepared pan and spread out into an even layer. 2 Oat Topping: In a mixing bowl, combine the oats, flour, sugar, cinnamon and salt. Add the melted butter and mix with a fork until fully combined and crumbly. 3 Add the crisp topping in an even layer on the apple and cranberry mixture. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the apples are soft, the edges are bubbling, and the top is golden brown. 4 Allow to cool for about 20 minutes.
