cup water
cup cornstarch

tbsp lemon juice

cup sweet cherries
Instructions
1. Combine all ingredients in a large pot over medium-low heat. 2. Stir often and cook until the cherries soften and the mixture starts to thicken. 3. Once the mixture starts to boil and the filling is thick like jam, remove from heat. 4. Pour the filling into a container to cool. Store in the fridge or freezer.
