What you need

cup buttermilk

tsp ground cinnamon

tsp coarse sea salt

cup all purpose flour

tbsp baking powder
tbsp raw honey

tsp salt
Instructions
1. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Grate in cold butter and toss until coated. 2. Add buttermilk and honey. Mix together until most of the flour is incorporated. 3. Scoop dough onto a well-floured surface and knead just until it comes together but do not overwork. Gently pat the dough into a rectangle. 4. Fold the dough into thirds (like a letter) from short side to short side. Give the dough 1/4 turn, press it out again into a rectangle, then repeat the folding process 2 more times. 5. Press the dough a final time into a rectangle, measuring about 1/2” thick. Using a sharp knife or bench scraper, divide dough into 6 pieces. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet. 6. Bake at 425 degrees F for 20-23 minutes, until biscuits are golden brown. 7. For cinnamon honey butter, combine the butter, honey, cinnamon, and salt with an electric mixer until smooth and spreadable. 8. Serve biscuits warm with cinnamon honey butter and an extra drizzle of Local Hive Honey™️!View original recipe
