Storing: These are best served fresh on the day they’re made but can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge, for up to 2 days. Freezing: Store cooled bagel bites in a zip-top bag in the freezer for up to 3 months. To defrost, place in the fridge overnight and reheat in a 350°F oven for about 5-8 minutes. Cover with foil if the topping starts to brown too much.
